I understand confronting your thoughts and emotions can be difficult but you don’t have to do it alone. I provide psychotherapy for individuals 18 years and older who are experiencing the effects of trauma, navigating life transitions, or dealing with depression.

My goal is to create a safe and comfortable environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. I utilize a warm and collaborative approach, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs. It would be my privilege to offer you support as you embark on your journey towards personal growth and healing.

Meet Your Therapist

Hey There!

Let me introduce myself.

I’m Lourdes Webster and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), wife, dog mom, sunrise seeker, coffeeholic, lover of all things travel, but above all an advocate for mental health.

I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I have twelve years of experience in the social work field and over six years in providing therapy.

My past experience is diverse, including extensive hospital work in the areas of psychiatric inpatient and outpatient services, residential care, corrections, community mental health, and group practice. My specialties include working with individuals who struggle with trauma, depression, and life transitions.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, debit, FSA and HSA cards. All payments are due at the time of service.
  • Do you take insurance?
I do not take insurance. I am an Out of Network (OON) provider for all insurances. While I do not take insurance, I reserve a few sliding scale spots for clients with limited income. If this option suits your needs, feel free to express your interest during your free 15 minute consultation.
  • Can I get reimbursed from my insurance company?
It is possible but this will depend on your insurance policy. However, I cannot guarantee that you will get reimbursed, I can provide you with a monthly receipt for services called a "superbill" so that you can seek reimbursement from your insurance company. You will have to contact your insurance company and inquire about how they compensate for out of network therapy services. It’s always good to check with your insurance before scheduling your first appointment. Below are recommended questions to ask your insurance about Out-of-Network Coverage Do I have out-of-network coverage for outpatient mental health services? What is my annual deductible and has it been met? How many sessions per calendar year do you cover? What is the coverage amount per therapy session? What information do you need for me to submit for out-of-network reimbursement? Are Telehealth services covered? After I’ve met my deductible, what percentage or amount of services will be reimbursed? Do I need a referral to see Out-of-Network providers? If so, where can I get a referral?
  • What if I can't make it to a session? (Cancellation policy)
Life happens and sometimes you need to cancel. Appointment changes can be made free of charge if I am given a minimum of 24 hours’ to cancel. To respect everyone’s time, if you cancel late (less than 24 hours) or no show to an appointment you will be charged the full cost of the session.
  • How do I start services?
    1. Contact Me Reach out via email or phone, and I'll respond within 2-3 business days. 2. Schedule free consultation Scheduling a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation allows us to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit. 3. Start with an Intake Session New clients begin with a 60-minute intake session, allowing a comprehensive understanding of your history and concerns. We collaboratively discuss therapeutic goals. 4. Secure a Regular Slot Following the first appointment, we typically meet weekly to build rapport and establish a therapeutic relationship.
  • Do you provide in-person or virtual therapy?
I offer both options. I'm based at the Issaquah Work Lofts, 160 NW Gilman Blvd, Suite 331, Issaquah, WA 98027. If you can't attend in person, no problem. I also offer online sessions using a HIPAA-compliant platform.

Let's Connect
